The cultural village promotes diversity and the discovery of various cultures that surround us. The village reminds us that it is best when we live together and in harmony. This gathering space presents a range of cultures through artistic workshops, dance performances and art exhibitions from various francophone communities throughout the world.
The Algerian tent will be represented by Mr. Rachid Trabelsi. He will be showcasing his sculptures and cultural paintings.

Truly Perfect Cosmetic will be representing the country Burkina, presented by Camilia Thieba. She will be exposing us to her beauty and face care line; she will also be showcasing her jewelry line.

The France pavilion will be represented by the Alliance Française; an organization based in Paris. The organization has a renowned history of promoting French culture and language around the world, you can find an Alliance Francaise office throughout the world’s countries. Through them, Calgarians are able to taste the culture of France.
This year the festival invites you to discover the fascinating history of Haiti, which will be represented by the Calgary Hattian Association. The Calgary Haitian Association will showcase their countries clothes which features many beautiful colors. Each piece of clothing tells a beautiful story
